Now and then you stumble across some real gems. As a long-term proponent of technology use in the classroom, I love tools that follow the 3-click rule. ClassroomScreen does everything in 3 or fewer actions.
With zero setup required you simply access ClassroomScreen and off you go. The work symbol options offer ‘work together’, ‘ask neighbour’, ‘whisper’ and ‘silence’ display.
You will also find a handy timer/stopwatch function, and the favourite tools amongst my primary school colleagues the ‘sound level’. This features allows you to set an acceptable level of noise that is picked up through the microphone.
My favourite tool is the Exit Poll, pretty much an exit-ticket, but interactive and quick to analyse after a lesson
